My name is Jodi Someshwar

Jodi Someshwar is a management graduate from University of Texas at Dallas. She has held responsible positions at Texas Instruments, Digital Equipment Corporation, Radiant Corporation and the Texas Rehabilitation Commission. Her undergraduate education is in child Psychology and she worked with children at the University of Texas, Austin in 1974. She became interested in Montessori child development curriculum after seeing her grandchildren go to local child care centers. She became associated with Preston Park Montessori and Preston Creek Montessori in Plano Texas. After reviewing their program and spending some time with them, Jodi decided to start a Montessori school here in Austin with the help of associates in Plano and in Austin. Her goal is to create a ‘first in class’ child development center using Montessori methods. She is a candidate for the Montessori Primary Diploma from Collins College this July 2014.

It is with great enthusiasm and pleasure to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success. Every child that attends One World Montessori will embark on their individual educational experience, days filled with curiosity, wonder and personal satisfaction from “doing for themselves”.

Ms.Phuong has been in the Montessori & Educational profession for over 25 years. During her years, she has had the privilege of working at prestigious Montessori Schools all over the world, as an assistant-teacher, lead-teacher & guide, program coordinator, and director.

Her experience in the wide spectrum of Montessori benefits her as she is able to clearly identify and empathize with the different roles that are all equally of importance. Ms.Phuong’s passion for Montessori drives her to set goals every year that will continue to improve the productivity of the school.

Vaishnavi Raghavan

As the director, I am committed to fostering a warm,nuturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and celebrated. One world Montessori is not just a place for learning; it is a community where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow at their own pace.

Ms. Vaishnavi's journey from engineering to education is truly inspiring. With a solid foundation of 12 yrs of classroom experience, she transitioned to a manager role in various preschools, shaping the education landscape for young minds. Volunteering and helping to win a German non-profit school particularly in a LEGO competition, she ignited her passion for teaching.Her commitment to personal and professional growth led her to pursue Master's in Innovative Education and Technology, combining her technical skills with innovative teaching methods. Her fondness to Montessori approaches highlights her belief in child-centered learning, fostering creativity and independence in her students. Ms. V 's diverse experiences make her a well-rounded educator, dedicated to nurturing a love for learning in children across different educational settings.
